Nestled on Chevron Island, we collaborated with Aniko Group to orchestrate a symphony of transformation. Four high-set dwellings stood as a testament to the past, awaiting a new chapter. Coastal Demolitions answered the call, executing a large-scale residential demolition that transcended bricks and mortar.

The legacy of these dwellings continues through reclaimed hardwood—over 2 kilometers of it, to be exact. Each plank found new life as it was entrusted to a local wholesale furniture maker. As the sun set on the old, it dawned on the new, exemplifying our commitment to sustainable progress.
