  We engaged Coastal Demolitions to demolish a residential house, remove asbestos, and prepare the site at Kenmore. The project was completed successfully, and we received all council forms and asbestos clearance certificates.

Dan and the team accommodated schedule changes despite their busy workload. They followed all required safety protocols during the asbestos removal and completed the work without disrupting or inconveniencing the neighbours.   Dan and his team recently did a knock down and asbestos removal for us and did a great job. They were easy to communicate with and kept us in the loop with what was happening at all times. Jimmy the manager was also great, allowing us to ask any questions we had and pop in to get some pictures and videos of the demo. Always happy to support local family businesses too!
