What a Coastal Demolitions quote covers
One fixed quote covers the demolition permit application, service disconnection coordination for power, water and gas, asbestos testing where the build date calls for it, the demolition itself, tipping and transport under our EPA licence, and a final site certificate for your builder or certifier. If something sits outside scope, we say so in writing before you sign anything. Kayla runs the office and answers the phone herself, so quote questions get answered the same day rather than at the end of the week. Every quote comes from a site visit, never from satellite photos, because slope, access and neighbouring structures change how a house needs to come down.
