Can my builder remove Asbestos?
In Queensland there are very strict rules and who and how asbestos can be removed.
For us to be able to remove asbestos we have to have the correct training, An Asbestos removal license and insurance that covers every aspect of the jobs we work on. These are very timely and costly things to invest in.
If you suspect that your builder or tradesperson isn’t doing something correctly ask to see their license, qualifications and insurances.
Please call us before starting a project so we can test your suspected asbestos to ensure you are safe.
What does Asbestos look like?
It’s important before starting any projects that you look into what could be hidden within your home. We recommend only getting qualified testers out to test correctly.
With that report we can work out the best way to remove the asbestos and ensure all of it has been abolished.

I really wish there were more stars to give
I searched for someone to remove some sheets of asbestos from a previous property yesterday (20.08.19). I found Coastal Demolitions and Asbestos Removal to be extremely fast at responding to my initial request i.e. removal of asbestos sheets in the yard.
Daniel was articulate with what needed doing and emailed me both a quote and copy of credentials. I contacted Daniel the following day and arranged for him to do remove asbestos.
