Asbestos Testing & Removal — Our 8-Step Process
As an approved Class A & B Asbestos Removal company, we perform asbestos-related work across commercial and residential buildings, friable burn-down demolitions, and commercial asset remediation. Every step documented. Every clearance certified.

Inspection & Testing
Licensed inspector examines the building. Non-friable and friable samples lab-tested to confirm asbestos content.

Planning & Permits
Removal plan created to regulation. Equipment, disposal, worker protection defined. All permits obtained from authorities.

Site Preparation
Work area sealed — plastic sheeting, negative air pressure. HVAC isolated. Restricted access zones established.

Worker Protection
Full PPE: disposable coveralls, gloves, boots, P100 respirators. Decontamination unit for safe entry/exit.

Wet Removal
ACM materials wet-sprayed. Removed carefully into leak-tight, labelled containers or double-bagged immediately.

Cleanup & Decon
HEPA-vacuumed, wet-wiped. All tools cleaned. Waste sealed, labelled, transported to approved hazardous waste facility.

Air Clearance Testing
Certified inspector performs air monitoring. Once cleared, containment barriers safely removed.

Documentation
Waste manifests, air clearance results, work logs and certifications — full project record delivered to you.
